Delete your FeedxBoost account

You can delete your FeedxBoost account whenever you want, in the app (iPhone and Android) or on the website, without contacting us. This page explains how and what happens to your data.

In the app or on the website

Sign in to your account and follow these steps:

Club, coach or instructor

  1. Open your account menu (your name) and choose "Perfil" (Profile).
  2. Under "Zona de risco" (Danger zone), tap "Eliminar conta" (Delete account).
  3. Type ELIMINAR and confirm with "Eliminar conta".

Player or student

  1. In the menu, tap "Perfil" (Profile).
  2. Tap "Eliminar conta" (Delete account).
  3. Type ELIMINAR and confirm with "Eliminar conta".

Before you confirm, the screen shows exactly what will happen to your account.

What happens

  • Access ends immediately: you are signed out on this and every other device.
  • You receive a confirmation email with the date on which the data is erased.
  • Your personal data is erased after 30 days. Until that date you can undo it: just reply to the confirmation email.
  • If the account is not linked to any club yet (for example, you have just signed up), it is erased immediately, with no 30-day period and no way back.
  • Player or student of a club: you lose access; your record and history stay with the club, which is responsible for that data.
  • Coach or instructor: you lose access and leave the club; the feedback you wrote stays with the club.
  • Administrator, with another administrator in the club: only your account leaves; the club carries on.
  • Only administrator: the club closes. All members lose access, the subscription stops renewing and the club data is erased after 30 days.
  • All that remains of the sign-in account is an anonymous technical record, with no email, password or sessions.

No access to the app

If you cannot sign in, send an email to geral@xboostgroup.com with the subject "Delete account" and include the email address you sign in with (ideally, write from that address).
